EKYL Delegate Setup Proposal

Meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday in each month.

Location is Upper Harbledown Village hall

Start time is 7-30 to 8-00

All Requests for matters to be put to the league must be put in writing via e-mail to andrew.bowman@tarkett.com and they will be forwarded to the delegate who is due to attend the meeting that month. All requests must be at said email address by no later than the Friday before the meeting or they will not be submitted.

Minutes, if available, will be able to be requested by email at the address shown above.

Proposal is that the three delegates will rotate and each will attend the meeting once every three months in turn.
