The bootroom is the club's message forum and is the main way in which information is distributed on a day to day basis.

We were formed as the Junior Section of the Kennington Club to give boys and girls of all ages from Under 6 through to Under 16 the opportunity to enjoy playing Association Football.

Through the years we have developed into a Club that gives the chance for youngsters to play football in the Parker Steel East Kent Youth League in these age groups, and other Leagues when
opportunities arise. Our ethic is not to win at all costs but to create enjoyment for those juniors participating in Association Football and to offer coaching to assist in the development of
players. Centre for coaching youngsters.

All Voluntary Organisations need the continuous support of new Volunteers. We welcome enquiries from new potential Volunteers who share the desire to provide enjoyment in Association Football. You can contact us via email by using the Bootroom, or
telephone any of the existing club officers.

We utilise the facilities of Ashford Hockey and Cricket Club at Ball Lane in Kennington and are fully supportive of all community sports initiatives to improve opportunities for youngsters in the area.

We have recently been granted the status as an FA Community Club. The FA Community Club scheme builds upon the foundations of the Charter Standard scheme in placing clubs at the heart of their community.

Community Clubs, the pinnacle of the club development pathway, will be those that have a high quality, multi-team (minimum of 10 teams) set up with excellent social, training and playing opportunities for all. As such, the number of Community Clubs is one of the truest measures of success.

All new FA Community Clubs are required to meet FA criteria, ensuring they provide opportunities for players irrespective of age, gender, religion and ability. Clubs must also provide qualified
coaches, first aiders and child protection officers.
